I ripped low 40's with that setup. With my newer 17.5 carb/19 intake setup, I do notice a bit of blowback, or a loss of power when I let off the throttle. It feels like I'm braking without applying any brakes. I don't run an air filter, so the RAM air may be causing this, but keep that in mind. I didn't realize your handlebar intake is 19mm.

I'm putting a 35mm air filter on today ($7.80 on ebay), and I'll let you know what I find when you update us on your kit progress.
