Excellant explanation....I hear ya on that.....I had to do that with a Yamaha Zuma scooter I have....70cc kit and ALL that juggling around of weights, clutch springs, I musta had it apart 50 times......Finally got it just right and I can keep up with the cars on the road going 55 mph with ease.....
I still have alot more messing around on the Urban to vget it to do like you explained......It`s about 60% there now....Gotta find some clutch comonents now....
