Its not going to fit an NC50.
Trust me, I have tried. The closest I ever got was after kitting an express the exhaust port hung down another 1/2'' or so and the bulb almost cleared the tire in the back. Also the case is kind of in the way and the kick stand would have to go.
Pretty much what you would have to do is lose the center stand and its mounting bracket and cut the header about 3/4''. I'm sure it would have an effect on performance, what kind I can't tell you.
