You guys think this would work? Get a couple of washers about the same size as the inner metal part, stack them on a bolt, pass it through the case, then put like a piece of flat bar with a hole for the bolt on the other side, toss some washers and a nut on it, then tighten it all down, pressing the seal into the case.

I don't see why that wouldn't work,
Someone tell me if I'm wrong.
