Nope, AV7 talking here, and there is a chance that it will break the crank. It's insurance really.They generally break on the clutch side at the bearing. The whole motor is pulled back by the belt and it puts a lot of force on it to be stressed in such a way. The extra rpms, load, and power pushes the stock parts past their safe point.
