Ok, the rectifier's for the battery got it, got it. But a zener diode mounted on a heat sink and a "Moose" Trademarked Voltage Regulator or some similar voltage regulator, work in the same way, albeit the zener might cause the stator to be overworked, right?
So where does the Regulator go in the lighting circuit?
