alright everyone, I fixed the problem. My 14mm bing carb had an air leak at the top where the choke is. turns out one of the two screws was stripped on the inside (fuckin lame). I put a 15mm carb on my 14mm intake and it seems to run fine now with no four stroking through the power band (fuckin sweet). Thanks for all the help with my tuning!
