Trying to tune stock e50 with a tecno boss

I am running a 14mm bing with a 14mm intake and an unipod hi flow filter. I put the tecno boss exhaust on and have found that running it with a 74 has given me the best results. However, it four strokes a bunch through the mid range and the top end of the power band until warmed up. When it is warmed up it just four strokes at its top end. I can't buy a PHBG right now, so help a brotha out. Any suggestions on how to make the four stroking to stop with my set up? Do I have to adjust the needle, change jets, or restrict my air?
