Moped Army

So...I got an '80 Motobecane, and want to get the speed up a little. Right now I'm not too positive what it gets up to. The speedo shows about 28-29 tops on the flats, but when i go past the speed display signs it displays 32, so either i'm off or the cops are. Anyhow, I don't have the money right now to start buying parts to upgrade, but it seems that all the threads say there are some gains to be made from doing a port job on the stock setup. Is there anyone locally (Mpls/St Paul) that would be willing to do a port job on my moby for either a case or two of beer, or a minimal fee?
