Mark- I've looked and there are no shock bushings, urethane VW parts or sway bar bushings that will fit.
Thought about making copies out of derlin on a lathe.... but that's still just part of the problem. The holes in the frame get wallowed out, allowing it to move there, too. That's a good place to weld.
