Do you guys feel like the blower fan gave a fair analog to the kind of air flow you would get on the street? If not, it might not have provided enough cooling to the fins or turbulance to carb. Also, dynos aren't really meant for smaller bikes like ours. They are a good tool for seeing what changes what with what set up, but a lot of variables don't get taken into account like total loaded weight including rider, wind resistance, and of course all the handling characteristics.
That being said, they are a good tool, but by no means the final word on how "fast" a bike is.
Cuperracer: Keep an eye out at your local powersports stores. I don't know if its the same all over, but around here there are a couple days a year when places truck in a dyno or two and just let people get there shit dynoed.
