Ok, stock, ported, 19mm dell, 40, what now?
Ok, so I here's what I got:
e50, stock cyl.
14x40, I like some lo end ya know. Could be taller with more hp.
Biturdbo
Intake opened about 2mm per side. lowered 1mm, cham.
Exhaust opened like 3mm /side. raised 1mm, cham.
Dell Phbg spigot 19 clone, 72 jet. Needle lowest position (clip highest)
KN UFO style air filter, came with carb
Intake is about 5.5 in. (not counting spigot) and even dia. through. Was trying to keep it lo-vol. as possible, for more intake velocity.
3 shoe clutch, balanced/tuned and set to slip. No nifty springs.
40 mph, maybe a bit more when I do fine tuning on carb.
All the shit matches.
Hi comp head, and decent compression.

I have not done anything with the transfers or piston skirts, and the port window changes improved things (it seems). Carb still needs fine tuning.
Ports are about as big as I'd like to venture. What do I do with xfers piston and case? Port time changes seemed to help +rpm +hp, was I just stoned? Was I crazy to mess with this?
Good, and runs great, but some get that out of lots less mods. Much better than when I started I can say that!
What next? Xfers + case? Piston? Want more all around HP, Bit more speed for mixed city riding, and smoking yuppie scooters.
