Moped Army

Hey everyone,
I've got a puch e50 and I just got into the world of kitting about 10 min ago. I bought a 65cc metrakit. It was too hard to pass up.

I need help buying a dellorto though, I've only used a bing. I've got a puch e50. Any advice...? What does the "AS" in "dellorto AS phbg" mean? I'm having a hard time distinguishing between dellortos, I understand the difference between SHA and PHBG, but thats about it.
