So sick of this...2hp 77 puch

Poor acceleration and top speed...

I've plug chopped - all good
Cleaned tank - clean
cleaned carb - clean
replaced clogged muffler with biturbo - done
replaced old dirty air box with a high flow filter - done

Any other suggestions? I can't get this ped up to it's peak condition. I need it to go 25+ at all times and it usually going between 15-20.
