Jetting again - up to 52 - ALMOST DONE
Put the #52 jet in last night. Without increasing airflow from what I was using with the #50 I have the same performance. Logically, I should now be burning cooler. Same performance plus burning cooler is good.
If there are any differences, they are subtle beyond my detection. And I only rode the #50 jet for a couple of miles, so I didn't exactly get a feel for it.
Now that the #50 jet is useless to me, I might drill it larger than the #52 and see what happens. If I can get even more gas into the engine without increasing airflow in, I can stop worrying about overheating and send myself flying face first into a pothole with a clear mind.
so I might still need a larger jet, but I'm pretty close to done with this experiment.
