Moped Army

Hi,
I'm having weird problems with the lights on my 97 Si
the headlight comes on only when i operate the indicators, and for the indicators - only the LH works (both front and rear) rh doesnt work but the headlight does work when i turn the RH indicators.
the brake light work only with one handle and not with the other.
the horn doesnt work either
when i take off the RH side panel i see a blue rectangular box with wires coming out of it (3 or 4 wires)
is this the flasher unit?
ignition works fine
