Good day,

Scooter Idles great, Idle Screw barely touching. Air mixture 2 1/2 turns out. I put fresh Gas in it, Cleaned out the Carburetor, Main jet is clean, I blew out all the holes, The float is working correctly, I can look through the pilot jet and see a very small pin hole. Bypassed the Fuel filter to rule it out. I have a brand new Coil, Spark plug fires strong blue.

After Scooter is idling and I try to give it some throttle it cuts off, Making a STRONG wooshing sound through the air filter, as if starving for fuel, and yes it does sound like a frog =D, The scooter ran fine before it sat for about 5 months, the carburetor is perfectly clean, I don’t notice any Air leaks in the vacuum lines but I haven’t really checked too hard.

If I take the air filter off, it acts exactly the same, if I hold my hand over the air Intake it idles higher (Almost completely closed off), and I can use my other hand to throttle it up, it Throttles UP like normal! But cuts off unless I open my fingers to allow more air to get through, keeps running. Any Help is greatly appreciated, I will scan the forums some more, THANKS!
