K&N style air filter, 15mm Dellorto SHA replica carb with a 74 jet, pocketbike exhaust

My bike starts fine. I start the bike with the choke on. And let is warm up. I take the choke off when the bike is warm and the bike idles ok. When I accelerate I ride for about 30 seconds then the bike dies out. But when I choke the bike or put my hand over the air filter, the bike starts to idle ok again. Then, when i release the choke, and try to accelerate, the bike dies out again. This happens over and over.

I thought it was a a vacuum or air leak. I used the wiki on vacuum leaks and checked every connecting space. I even made new gaskets.

Still I'm having the same issue. Any ideas?
