Re: Rebuilt motor - crank seems stuck...
K manges to open up the case - bearing was stuck onto the crankshaft - took about an hour to get it off w/o a bearing pulled - a real pain in the ass - so at this point I need to clear up two things cus the manual is lacking..
1. How is the brake spring oriented in the case? I want to confirm that I've got it in the right spot before trying to button it up again...
Also-how easily should everything spin? Obviously the least amount of friction the better... I can push/ pull on the conroe and make the gears turn but it takes a bit of effort - not sure what is normal - and if tightening the clutch hub could play a part in this tension.
Anyway any advice on these points in the next few mins would help right now as I'm currently working on it.
Thx
