yeah, you could try and work around the frame and maybe do it with lots of extensions and wobblies, but in the end its probably a whole lot easier to just drop the motor. plus you will learn more things about the bike in the process. warning though: that tension spring on top of the motor was put there you make you french bike enjoyment a living hell
