Re: Moped won't turn over.
First you have to figure out what's wrong, and then you have to fix what's wrong. Start with the easy stuff -- is your fuel on? Is your kill switch set to "run"? If both of those are good, take out your spark plug and test for spark. If you have spark, clean your carb. If you don't have spark, clean your points.
