low end wtf?!
I have a 1978 Puch Newport. A 70cc treats kit. A Proma GP exhaust. And I'm now on my third carb trying to get this bike to run right!!!! My low end is complete shit, and I've tried down jetting, adjusting the needle, adjusting the mixture screw, blah blah...
Right now, i have a 14 bing, but i tried a 17 bing and a dell 19 SHB. The 14 is the only thing that seems to at least stay running at idle...
It's really boggy at low end, but once it kicks into mid to high, it seems better, but still not at it's ideal power output.
Any ideas on how to get this idle issue worked out?
Main jets I've tried have been everywhere from an 82 to a 70.
