Garelli not turning over
My 1982 VIP 2V wont turn over, plenty of gas/oil, I installed a new spark plug, oil for the crank case. It was running fine but switching to full throttle in second was shutting it off and now wont turn over, I think it is stuck in second. Is there any way to manually put the bike back in first gear? Maybe I seized the engine? Running out of option before I have to bring it to a mechanic! Any Ideas? THANKS
