Your starting cam is installed correctly.
your starting pin is in good shape.
How much clearance is there between the clutch material and the drum? it's hard to tell in the pic. it shouldn't be more than ~1 mm.
can you get a pic of the edge of your clutch rubber?
how the fuck do you break those nibs? I've got a pile of those clutch bodies, if you need one.
You found and reinstalled your spring, yes? If not, I've got one of those too. email me if you want.
Have you tried turning the pedals with the cover off? Does everything move but the crank? Next, press on the starting pin with a wrench really hard and turn the pedal by hand. does it catch?
