ok, forget about #1, it's not your problem. Also forget your lack of oil (for now). Check out #11, if they are thrashed or gone, replace. They are important, but prolly not your problem. If your #7 has a nice little dome shape to it, forget that too. Examine #5; it is almost always the problem. Compare the surface that touches #7 to it's back, if the grind on them looks different, replace. People over tighten cables and ruin them. Wrong fluid usually swells the rubbers, so if that was the issue, you would be engaged all the time.
I am assuming that your clutch rubber, #13 is good. You need to remove it to be sure, and to do that with out destroying it, you need to undo the bolt holding #12, so yes, a piston stop or impact wrench. Once you have it off, look at the outer edge. If it has pock marks or a rough finish, it needs replacing. If, once you remove it from #12 and squeeze it, it presents hairline cracks, replace it.
