#11 are just cush donuts. You can replace those with a little bit of cut off fuel line hose. You don't even have to replace all of them. You really only need every-other one. The clutch rubber is both the start and drive clutch. During drive, the star center twists and pushes the rubber into the bell. For start, the outer plate compresses the clutch rubber onto the back of the bell.
