I had this same problem and it has not been mentioned yet I think. Replace item #11. After an extremely hard run I shut the bike down and when I went to run it again the Clutch would not engage to start it just like yours.
I took it apart and found all 6 of #11 melted. granted mine were wasted beyond use but yours might be right on the boarder line. I believe that these are the rubbers that start the Engine and the large Donut is the one that transfers from the running Engine to the Drive train.
So if it will just start and works fine while running check these.
