Moped Army

Im trying to get the headlight and taillights working on my gran sport. They havent worked since I bought it. Headlight was burnt so I bought a new one that was as close as I could find to the original from autozone, but no good. Opened up the tallight and there were no bulbs.

I think I read somewhere that they are on a closed circuit so hopefully thats the problem. I just dont know what kind of bulbs I should get for the tail, or if it even matters. Any recommendations on types of bulbs to get or where to get them from?
