We used two very large washers, welded them to an M8 (13mm?) nut then drilled 3 holes corresponding to the 3 holes on the clutch. The idea is that you first screw the whole puller to the clutch with 3 long bolts evenly. Then you screw into the nut with a long M8 bolt and it should pull the clutch off - keep in mind building one of these means you have to make it very tough and very much able to handle some stress. Also, don't bother trying to weld the nut onto the puller and actually try to put a wrench on it, just grind down the sides of your whole puller and put an adjustable wrench on it (see top view in picture).
