help:slow moped

Austin (slow_moped_rider) — Apr 07, 2005 09:06PM

i was wondering if any one had any ideas on how to speed up my 1994 tomos bullet. It only goes about 24mph. I also get my licence in about 4 months and was aondering if there was somthing i could do with out spending to much money like under 50 or so . Any suggestions would be helpfull. thanks
