tomos targa won't start!
Hello, i was riding down the road after a long ride and crusing at 35ish all of a sudden the engine cut and i was sent skidding to a stop like the gears locked up for a second and than i rolled to a stop. I had engine oil, it was low but the injection hose was under the liquid level. i had transmission oil. I checked everything else i know how to check. help!
