Moped Army

I just got that 1994 Tomos TT Sprint for $50 and repared the points and got 'er runnin like a champ. But recently... i have been finding tons of this black greas EVERYWHERE!!!! On the rims, the chain all the gaurds... and the thing is... i wiped all the greas of of the motor, and it still comes right back. With-in 5 mins of riding, it's all slung over my tire and chain gaurds, and i cant figure where it's comming from?? Do you guys think it's the crank seals?? The thing idles and runs PERFECT!! It'll sit and idle all say or cruise at 40-45mph with a bi-turbo on it?? So whats the deal?? Any help will be appreciated!
