Moped Army

I have motobecane 51v moped witch is pretty much the same as a 50v. neways, My moped will not spark at all! i have no idea why i replace the spark plug the exciter coil the points are set at .015 mm and i know that im getting energy from my coil because i can get my horn to work. will someone tell me wat to do?
