Moped Army

i like mopeds but im really starting to hate them. my 2000 targa lx with 70cc airsal kit is really PISSED it fights me to start but when it does start when it should idle it goes at what seems like full throttle.carb is clean but what is making it act like this?the night before it ran fine and the next morning the problem occured.this ped is getting on my last nerve it seems like every week i post about a new problem
