Moped Army

I just bought a couple of 76cimatti citybikes and they look terrible, probably the worst looking mopeds I've ever seen, but I believe that at least 1 will run but after unsiezing the engines(1 had 5000 miles and 1 had 2000 miles and niether had been started in 20+ years) I would like to replace 1. Are the 87cc kits from brazil still avalible,how do I get in touch with them, if not where can I find a new engine.
