I made these for A bike I'm selling and never got a chance to finish the job.
These Started as a pair of Harley Simplex Forks and have been customized to work on a peugeot 103.
standard 103 front wheel pops right in, even has a nib for the brake stop. I will include handlebar mounts which will need to be bolted on.
A lot of love went into this and I'd like to see em go to a good home
