Moped Army

I am parting out a Tomos Targa LX, or you can buy it all if you want to come pick it up in Denver. I am uncertain of the year, the VIN sicker is in bad shapre. I bought it from a guy, he said it was running last he knew, which it probably was. Everything is there to make this thing run. I was planning on restoring it but I have decided not to do it. I attached a picture to this thread. Look at the pictures. Anything you see in the picture is for sale at the time I posted this. I will point out a few specifics on what is there:
-Engine, transmission, and Carburetor are all in good shape
-Seat is in good shape
-Gas tank is in good shape
-Front and rear fenders are in good shape
-Wheels and tires are in good shape
-Front fork is in good shape
-Frame is in good shape
-Tail light assembly is in good shape
-All electronics necessary to run are there (coil, resistors, etc)
