Moped Army

I have a near mint 1982 Batavus Mondial, its the year with the Peugeot engine. New Schwalbe tires, Dellorto SHA 15.15 carb, polini Pipe. Starts up and runs fine but needs some tuning. Bogs up hills and off the line. I got it from a retired woman who had it in the garage covered for years. Im in Portland, OR. $500.
