Moped Army

Looking for a running moped in Northern California; spec. Santa Rosa. Eager to drive to Sac or SF for the right one.

_Cash in hand_. Curious if there's anything available besides what's on here and craigslist. Looking to pay around 600 for a meager maybe stock maybe a little better than stock, or 400ish for straight stock. I'm not interested in wasting anyone's time.

I like the look of pinto's and anything with a step through design.

I'm 6'6", I have everything, just need the moped and insurance. Puddle cutters gave me a guys number but I think he was Oregon based; anyone got info on best (or a decent, well used) insurance provider for California?
