WTT 21 phbg spigot for 19 phbg clamp

I have a 21mm dellorto phbg, great shape, no screws stripped, spigot style

I would like to trade for a 19 or 20 mm dellorto phbg clamp style.

anyone got one??
the sooner I find one, the sooner I can ride this dang peugeot!!
