Moped Army

I bought a $125, shipped, A35 Tomos Engine from him. He 'died,' then I contacted Kevin Zaxby (who doesn't exist). He said my information was forwarded to the attorney/executor/whoever. As soon as it seemed fishy to me (which was pretty quick, TBH: I bought stuff on June 12, and never received it, nor the promised tracking number).

Filed a claim with Paypal, escalated it to a dispute. Then I filed a chargeback with my credit card company.

This is absolutely insane.
