Moped Army

I have no idea if he is dead or alive. I know that at first i felt really bad for even E-mailing his Broter-in-law at all because the last thing that he should have to worry about if his wife just lost her brother is a $95 dollar moped exhaust. Now that all of this new information has come up with all these good buyers paying right away and him saying that he would ship Priority. It is now 11 or 12 days later and not one person has recieved the item they payed for. And the only contact with the Brother-in-law is his responding with" I will forward this info to the Lawyer".
I am an optimist. . . . but i think we have been had.
