Moped Army

I purchased this Tomos along with a Batavus HS-50 today, HAD to take the tomos with the Batavus - only want the Batavus - so this one is for sale! I'd rather not part it out, it's pretty complete!! I can't get the gas cap off, it has a locking one on there and I don't have a key. I believe I have a set of pedals to go on the cranks. It has great compression, that's all I've checked so far! Located in Toledo, Ohio. Should be an easy project to get started.
