Where do I Start???????
Hi everyone, I am looking to buy a pedal start moped, and am not sure where to start. I wan to spend as little money as possible, have something that seats 2 (preferred), and I would like it to last me a while. Any suggestions on what to get and where to get it? Mike (Burlington, Vermont)
