I don't think $220 is a bad price for that moped. I wouldn't pay more than $75 for it because I don't have any problems finding similar shape peds in the $50-$75 price range. I also don't have to purchase replacement parts to restore it since I already have them. Assuming that he put several hours of labor into it and a replacement pedal arm to get it running, it's worth the additional $150 he's asking over his purchase price. Geez, people are getting over $150 for a friggin' motor on ebay.
