WTB: Top tank ped in MASS.
I am looking for any top tank moped other than a Thomas Targa TTLX. I would like a PUCh or GARELLI or any other older top tank out there. I am very interested and would prefer one in running condition, but would take a non-running restorable ped. If anybody has anything please let me know.
