Moped Army

I'm looking to buy a moped for no more than about $1000, not a scooter. Hopefully within the next several months, before next winter. Something along the lines of a tomos targa tx. something with a full body that you've got to strattle. Definate plus if it can fit 2 passengers, not a necessity though. Please let me know of any good deals on a moped similar to what i've described.
