Moped Army

Well I know this is stupid, but im wondering if any one would want to trade their small motorcycle, for my 1995 Tomos Targa LX... As of now the ped has.. 50cc cylinder that has been ported and polished brand new rings, Biturbo, 15mm amal carb with choke cable, intake has been enlarged, New fly wheel and crankshaft with less than 500 Km.. new cables all around.. Powder coated paint job.. Painting cost 200.00 was done at east coast powder coating! Comes with 70cc kit that is not installed.. was removed due to not breaking it in caused softsieze.. Ok so now the bad news..it is non running, due to stripped head bolts, and need new front tire!
I would like a small motorcycle or even another running ped...
