NICE RUNNING PED'S FOR SALE!
I have 2 peds for sale in Dayton Ohio! 1- a running driving 1979 Tomos Bullet.(see pic) This ped runs and has the following: new tires... extra rims, milled head for power and a stock head, a new speedo that works, a custome dellorto 14/12 carb! this carb has a choke foe east starting and it's bigger so you can go fast lol! i expect a speed of 35mph once i get the speedo. no title i can get a bill of sale. The bike has had a newer a-3 motor installed and runs PERFECT. The paint is rather good for it's age... Ike was impressed! The rims i'm gonna install are rustless, but the ones on there now are rusted but hold air. I am hoping to get $400 because the parts and amount of work involved to restore this bike.
Next, a 1982 Yamaha QT50 Yamahopper! This bike DOES run and runs perfect. This bike doesn't have an ignition switch... just a kill switch. This ped has a new rear fender, new tires, rustless paint/rims/chrome, and looks great. My sister is recovering the seat as we speak. This bike has one down fall... the speedo doesn't work... the gear in the front brake assyembly has been grinded to smitherenes! The miles are almost actual tho... because it quit working this fall and i only drove it in the drive way just to run it alittle. These bikes are both great bikes... the Bullet is a fully restored collectors item. Many people would like to get there hands on these. BTW: the yamaha has CDI ignition and the bullet had points and condencers. Please feel free to e'mail me or im me on aol or yahoo. THANKS, Matt
