I'm still selling my Tomos Targa Moped for $375 in Jacksonville, Florida. Runs great; Needs nothing. Parts and service easily available. It has a Biturbo Pipe and enhanced Airsal cylinder so it has much better speed and power than stock Tomos. I've got good title papers too.
